Policy and Procedures
Class size is limited and may fill up. Please register as soon as you can to guarantee a spot. All courses require payment in full to reserve your space. Payments must be made by credit card through our online registration system. If you are unable to pay by credit card, please call 615-885-1223 to discuss other options. All returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 fee. An administrative fee of $25.00 will be retained with any cancellation or refund. If you choose to cancel your attendance in a course, we must be notified 10 days prior to the course in order for you to receive a refund of the amount you paid minus the $25.00 administrative fee. Any cancellations after 10 days prior to the class start date will not receive a refund of any kind. If you are forced to cancel due to an emergency, we may allow a transfer of your deposit or payment to another class offered by Mind Body Connection at our discretion. No more than one such transfer is allowed.
Cancellations of Courses
It is never our intention to cancel a course but sufficient enrollment must be met in order to present any course. The Mind/Body Connection reserves the right to cancel any course due to insufficient enrollment. In the case of a course cancellation you will be notified by phone, e-mail, or mail of the cancellation 10 days prior to the scheduled class date and a full refund will be issued within 30 days.
