Topics covered: Process of inquiry and acceptance; Gravity, momentum, acceleration; Concepts of physical force, and consequent biology; Reaching the unconscious mind through awakening proprioception; Weighing, receiving weight, compression, tossing & lightness, fluid weights (shimmers), rocking; Full basic protocol to address front or back of the body.

Integrative Trigger Point Therapy – Upper Extremities
Saturday 13th of November
9am-6pm, 8 CE hrs total, $150 (take Lower Ext. too and receive 10% off total weekend price)

This class will review the upper extremities including anterior and posterior shoulders, arms, and hands. Therapists will treat trigger points by incorporating an intense muscle-by-muscle approach integrating myofascial techniques resulting in a thorough musculoskeletal release. Therapists will learn to treat pain associated with thoracic outlet syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, and frozen shoulder, and arm pain.
Integrative Trigger Point Therapy – Lower Extremities

9am-4pm, 6 CE hrs total, $130.00 (take Upper Ext. too and receive 10% off total weekend price)

This class will review the lower extremities including the anterior and posterior thighs, legs, and feet. Therapists will treat trigger points in by incorporating an intense muscle-by-muscle approach integrating myofascial techniques resulting in a thorough musculoskeletal release. Therapists will learn to treat pain associated with plantar fasciitis, IT Band Syndrome, Shin Splints, and chronic leg pain.
Beginner's Aromatherapy
