Using several new assessment skills we will learn to decrease the clients discomfort and pain and will also increase your clients range of motion. Stretching for the Weekend Warrior
Sunday 5th of December
9am-6pm, 8 CE hrs total, $100

This course is designed to teach you to assist your clients in the recovery process from overworked and injured muscle tissue by learning proper stretching techniques for your clients. This is a primarily hands on course. You will leave with a better understanding of how to stretch the soft tissues that are effected when a client overworks themselves doing a sport or activity they normally do not do.

The last two hours of this course has been put together to assist you in group discussions in regards to several different ethical boundaries in the massage profession.
