Mind Body Institute is located in a convenient area of Nashville that offers easy access to the downtown area, the interstate and Nashville International Airport . We are housed in a 5,600-square-foot facility in Suite 119 of Music Valley Village. Our curriculum incorporates the latest in multimedia equipment, massage equipment, clay modeling techniques and a comprehensive student library. Since its establishment in 1996, the school has provided an uncompromising quality of massage therapy training to students of diverse backgrounds.

Bear right off the exit
Go to the first light and make a right.

Take 65 N to 440 E

Follow 440 E to 40 E

Exit 40 E onto Briley Pkwy N exit # 215
Take McGavock Pike exit #12 and bear left off the exit
Go to the first light and make a right.

Take 24 W to Briley Pkwy N exit #54
If traveling 40W take Briley Pkwy N to exit #215
Follow Briley Pkwy to McGavock Pike exit # 12
